Claire is 1 month old today! Can you believe it?
Things have been going so well! We have definitely hit a stride in our daily activities - I have learned how to go grocery shopping with two kids and how to get out of the house in a reasonable amount of time. I know it is better to put Allie in the car first so she doesn't run away. And I have learned that I have to ask Allie where I should sit before I sit down to nurse or else I will have to get up after Claire gets going. Nursing is going pretty well...lots of cluster feeding and snacking but I am going to keep on pushing! This is all new to me since Allie was formula fed so now I have to learn the basics of nursing and keep my eye on a 2-year-old. Claire is sleeping pretty good too, giving me two 4-5 hour stretches at night (of course I am not sleeping all of that time). Last night, she slept from 10-4! So each night seems to be better than the last...trying to hit that goal of 10-6!
