First Haircut!

So, for the record, I didn't feel Allie needed her haircut. I love her mullet and baby fine hair! But among Mike's begging and my hairdresser's advice, we got it cut today. Just a little off the bottom and Alma added some layers so it would look thicker. It's a little hard to notice the difference but it still looks cute!

Elmo's Birthday at Borders!

Allie had a great time! They had crafts and story time, which Allie has never gone to. I never thought she would stay still, but she actually did pretty good. Then after she got a Bert sticker!


Adventureland!

This is a really cool place! They have a pizza and salad buffet plus bouncy houses and rides the kids can play on. Allie of course loved the horsey ride!

30 weeks!

I hit 31 weeks today! My appointment on Friday went great. She is very active! And nope, haven't picked a name yet. Almost there!

Being a monkey!

Allie's new favorite thing to do at gymnastics is hang from the uneven bars and swing like a monkey. She even went on the high bar today! Here she is with her friend, Skyler.

Valentine's Day

We hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! Allison and I made cookies and then she spent the evening with Auntie and Uncle James when Mike and I went out for dinner and a movie. Would highly recommend Gran Torino, awesome movie!

The "Pink Room"

Allie's big girl room is all done! Yah! I love how it came together. More importantly, Allie loves it too. She loves going to her "pink room" and seeing her "ma-mees", aka monkeys, on the wall. Now time to start on her baby sister's room! :)

And since Friday night she has been sleeping in her big girl bed! The first night she went to bed at normal time, 8:30, but then woke up at 2:30 crying like she didn't know where she was. It took two hours of back rubbing and singing for her to go back to sleep. The second night she slept from 8:30 to 6:30, I went in and rubbed her back for a few minutes, and then she slept until 8:00! I was so proud!

I can't believe I am already 28 weeks along! That means I am in the 3rd trimester! Wow.
